Week 1 Action Steps
• Create a Vision board and set it where you can see it daily. Change your desktop wallpaper to reflect your goal!
Be specific.
• Begin following up with EVERYONE in your network…
* People who have mentioned oils in your email inbox (just search oils and all related emails will pop up).
* Text your friends who have been ‘on the fence’.
* Schedule at least 2-4 classes if you haven’t already.
* Send off 20 text messages to friends asking them if they’d like to host, in return for a free gift.
• Visualize what it will take to hit this rank: It will require
some personal development on your part, clearing
negative thoughts focusing on the goal (vision board).
• Write out your ‘Big 3’ goals for the month, here’s some Examples:
* Reach out to 12 people about the doTERRA biz opportunity (write names).
* Focus on product education, and providing VALUE to your community – rather than selling, selling, selling.
* Be present when you’re going through your day: get off your phone, and take every opportunity to share about what you do, as you never know who’s looking for natural solutions.
* Follow up with all customers who are NOT on LRP.
• Schedule a weekly call with your upline/mentor, and clearly communicate your goals and enlist their support & recommendations.
Again, it’s important to start your month as if it’s the END of the month. Don’t wait until the last few days to make it happen!
Week 2 & 3 Action Steps
• Be consistent with all you do.
• You’re busy with work + life, I get it – however you want to ensure you’re checking into your back office every other day to monitor the progress of your team.
◦ Check in with them individually to see if they have classes or 1×1’s booked.
◦ Offer them a quick mentor call to work through blocks.
◦ Circle back to their original rank goals for the month, and ensure they’re on track.
• Ramp up your marketing! Create buzz on your chosen social media channels, and get creative with any promos or incentives your team is offering. They work!!!
◦ I ranked up during a month with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving & Holidays! Fall through the first of the year is the busiest time of the year for doTERRA WA! It starts with back to school August and goes up, up, up all the way through December. GET READY!
◦ Ensure that you’re posting/emailing/communicating a variety of content, and giving valuable education, so that people jump on promos when you post them.
◦ If you only focus on ‘salesy’ posts, people will unfollow you and become un-interested in what you have to say. Education on HOW TO is what we prefer and so do our target audience.
• Touch base with your upline or someone who can walk you through where you’re at compared to your goals.
• Communicate your business goals to the world! Don’t be afraid to share that you have a big target this month, and encourage people to support you. You’ll be shocked at how people love to lift you up when they understand your goals.
Week 4 Action Steps
It’s inevitable that a week/day of panic will visit you, it’s unavoidable!
waking up 1 week before the end of the month, and realizing this sinking feeling in my stomach: ‘I’m not where I need to be and I may not hit my targets after all’. These emotions and other negative and self-destructive thoughts fill the brain for a few hours before you decide to get into ACTION instead.
Take a run, exercise, pray and clear your mind. Movement in your body will create movement in your business. Get the creative juices flowing:
• Make a list of people you need to follow up with (again)
• Incentivize people to set up their LRP this month (offer them a free intro kit, or a free lavender touch with a 100+pv order)
• Touch base with your team, again! They’re working towards goals too, so help boost each other – it takes a village!
• Post content daily until end of month that shares your story, product education, testimonials from family and friends, beautiful imagery of the oils in action, recipes using oils, etc.
• JUST DECIDE: when you decide that it’s happening and your determination is strong, then it WILL happen
